Recently, I discovered something that brought a whole new kind of balance into my life: Pilates. What started as a casual class to de-stress quickly turned into a full-on love affair. There's something powerful about the way it connects movement with breath, strength with control. It’s become my sanctuary—a place where I can reset, refocus, and rebuild, both physically and mentally.
