We are a family‑owned business serving all of Ellis County. Our family has lived in Waxahachie for five generations and owned local businesses: Elite Solar Screens & Blinds, Burks’ Lock Shop, and Elm St Motors. What began as a simple idea has grown into a service we’re proud to offer our neighbors. Because we run our company from home, every customer gets our full attention, quality workmanship, and the personal care only a family business can give. We install permanent exterior lighting that adds beauty, safety, and year‑round convenience to the homes we love driving past every day. You’re not just another job—you’re someone we’ll see at H‑E‑B or Friday night lights. We take our time, communicate clearly, and treat every project like it’s our own home. This is our family’s name and reputation, and we stand behind our work with excellence and commitment to doing things the right way.
