Join us for a ribbon cutting celebrating Traditions Health! Traditions Health is a hospice care provider serving Waxahachie and its surrounding communities. Our hospice team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and includes physicians, skilled nurses, medical social workers, volunteers, and chaplains who provide patient-centered care during the final phases of a patient’s illness. Comfort and dignity are the anchors of what we do. Our clinicians are highly skilled at recognizing and managing symptoms early, in most cases, allowing the patient to remain comfortable at home so they can be surrounded by what they treasure most.
