In an effort to help your business and your employees reach full potential, the Waxahachie Chamber has partnered with the Navarro College Small Business Development Center to provide a 90-minute seminar for your employees on ‘How to Succeed in Business Through Excellent Service’. Navarro SBDC Director, Leslie Leerskov, and Amy Freeman, Senior Certified Business Advisor, will give the presentation.  Amy is a certified community instructor for the Texas Friendly Hospitality Program promoting the art of customer service.
 
Important for businesses of all sizes, this class will teach your employees the basic of customer service and equip them with the tools they need to ensure that your customers get exceptional service each and every time.
