CASA of Ellis County Volunteer Advocate Training

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Ellis County will hold its next Volunteer Advocate Training on Tuesday, February 6 and it will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three weeks from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the CASA office in Waxahachie. Lunch will be provided. Volunteer advocates are appointed by Judge Jim Chapman and serve children in the foster care system who have been removed from their homes by CPS. You do not need a legal or social work background to apply, just a desire to help abused, neglected and abandoned children.
